How long does name embroidery take?

Each piece is handcrafted to order; the preparation time shown on the product page (usually 2–4 business days) is added to shipping time.

Which alphabets can you embroider?

Depending on the product, Latin, Arabic and Cyrillic are supported; the name field on the product page lists the allowed alphabets with a live preview.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship to Europe, the Gulf, the UK, North America and more. Cost and time are calculated for your country in the cart and at checkout.

Can I return a personalized item?

Personalized items can only be returned for production defects; see Returns & Shipping. Standard items may be returned within 14 days.

Are the products safe for babies?

We use BPA-free silicone, food-grade acrylic stones and nickel-free metal. Embellished bodies are decorative; usage and care instructions ship with the product.
