Pre-Contract Information Form

This English text is provided for convenience only; the Turkish version is the legally binding text.

This Pre-Contract Information Form is prepared under Article 5 of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation and Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 to inform the consumer before the order is placed. By approving this form at checkout, the Buyer confirms being informed of the matters below; the form is sent to the Buyer on a durable medium (e-mail) together with the order confirmation.

2. Essential Characteristics of the Product

The essential characteristics, materials, dimensions and personalization options of the products appear on the product page; the name/letters, colors and stone combination chosen by the Buyer appear in the order summary. Personalized products are handcrafted to order; minor variations in stone layout and color tones are inherent to handcraft.

3. Price

The total sales price including all taxes, together with any shipping fee, is shown at checkout and in the order summary. Prices are set in Turkish Lira (TRY); if another currency is selected, the amount is calculated and fixed at the exchange rate valid at the time of the order. Published prices are valid until updated; the price confirmed at the time of order cannot be changed.

4. Payment

Payment is collected via the PayTR secure payment infrastructure by credit card, debit card or other offered methods, with 3D Secure verification. Card details are never seen or stored by the Seller. Installment options depend on the issuing bank and are shown at checkout.

5. Delivery

Products are shipped via our contracted carrier to the address provided by the Buyer after the preparation time stated on the product page. Delivery shall in any case not exceed thirty (30) days. Shipping fees and any free-shipping threshold are clearly shown at checkout. For international orders, time and cost are calculated per country at checkout; customs duties and charges in the destination country are borne by the Buyer.

6. Right of Withdrawal

For non-personalized (standard) products, the Buyer may withdraw without reason within fourteen (14) days from delivery. The withdrawal notice may be sent to info@gizemlitasarimlar.com, via the contact form or from the order detail in the account area. The Buyer returns the product within ten (10) days of the notice; return shipping is paid by the Seller and a free return code for the contracted carrier is provided. All payments collected (including delivery costs) are refunded within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the withdrawal notice, using the same payment method.

7. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

Under Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products custom-made to the Buyer's wishes (including all products with embroidered names/letters) and to products whose protective packaging has been opened after delivery and whose return is unsuitable for health and hygiene reasons (pacifiers etc.). Statutory rights regarding defective products remain reserved.

8. Cancellation Before Production

Orders for personalized products may be cancelled free of charge before production begins. Upon cancellation, the full amount is refunded within fourteen (14) days. The production status can be tracked in the account area.

9. Complaints and Disputes

Complaints and requests may first be submitted to info@gizemlitasarimlar.com. For disputes below 186,000 TRY (2026 threshold), the Consumer Arbitration Committees at the Buyer's place of residence or where the transaction was made are competent; above this threshold, the Consumer Courts. Applying to a mediator before filing a lawsuit at the Consumer Court is a procedural requirement.

10. Confirmation

By approving this form at checkout, the Buyer confirms having been clearly informed about the essential characteristics of the product, the total price including all taxes, payment and delivery conditions, and the right of withdrawal and its exceptions.
