By visiting or registering at www.gizemlitasarimlar.com (the "Site") you accept the terms below. The Site is operated by Gizem Duymaz ("Gizemli Tasarımlar").

1. Scope of the Service

The Site presents and sells name-personalized handmade baby products and ready-made products. Sales are subject to the Distance Sales Agreement, the Pre-Contract Information Form and the Delivery & Returns terms. Product images and descriptions are for information; minor variations are inherent to handmade products.

2. Membership and Account Security

You must provide accurate and current information when registering. You are responsible for the security of your account and password; transactions made through your account are deemed yours. Report suspected unauthorized use immediately to info@gizemlitasarimlar.com. Registration is optional; guest checkout is available.

3. Orders and Obvious Pricing Errors

An order is confirmed when payment is completed. For orders placed at prices that are OBVIOUSLY erroneous compared to average market value due to technical failure or data entry error, the Seller reserves the right to cancel the order with a full refund; the customer is informed immediately.

4. Intellectual Property

All designs, product photos, texts, logo and brand elements on the Site belong to or are licensed by Gizemli Tasarımlar; they may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without written permission. Legal action will be taken against imitation of product designs offered for sale.

5. Personalization Content

You are responsible for the legality of names and expressions you submit to be crafted onto products. Personalization requests containing insults or hate speech, or infringing third-party trademark/copyright, may be refused with a full refund.

6. Reviews

Product reviews must be honest and based on experience. Unlawful, insulting, misleading or promotional content may not be published or may be removed.

7. Limitation of Liability

Uninterrupted, error-free operation of the Site is not guaranteed; the Seller is not liable for temporary access problems caused by maintenance, updates or technical failures. Consumers' statutory rights remain reserved; nothing in these terms is intended to limit consumer rights.

8. Changes

The Seller may update these terms with prospective effect; the current version is published on this page. Orders placed before a change are governed by the terms in force at the time of the order.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Turkish law. For consumer transactions, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are competent (details in Article 13 of the Distance Sales Agreement).
